Reverend Dr. Marshall is a Sexual Trauma Restorative Counselor. She helps survivors of sexual assault reclaim their lives by providing a pathway to emotional healing and restoration through spiritual counseling.
She serves as an Associate Reverend at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Springfield, OH. She also serves as the Director of the Counseling Ministry and teaches New Members Class.

She has also earned a Master of Art in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University, and is working towards a 2nd Ph.D., in Clinical Pastoral Counseling at Colorado Theological Seminary.
Reverend Dr. Marshall was raised by her grandparents who were devout Christians, with a love for helping those in need. Grounded in Christ, with a spirit of advocacy, she has always been blessed and guided by an unwavering love and compassion for people. This led her to open her business, Unspoken Courage. Whether it is through life coaching, counseling or advocacy, her goal is to be a voice for those silenced by the harsh realities of life.
In addition to her counseling and advocacy, she is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Certified Professional Life Coach, an Amazon Best Selling Author, Public Speaker, Educator, and Social Justice Activist. She serves as the Political Action Chair for Springfield Ohio’s NAACP, and a member of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW). She teaches Victimology at both Clark State College, and Liberty University, as well as teach various graduate level public policy courses on-line while chairing several dissertation committees.
To further her community work, she founded Breaking Free to Be Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education and training aimed at decreasing and preventing sexual assault and domestic violence, specifically in African American and faith-based communities.
Reverend Dr. Marshall serves in many capacities at her church, and in her community; however, aside from her dedication and devotion to GOD, her most cherished role is wife and helpmate to her loving husband Wayne Marshall, who she feels GOD created especially for her.
Reverend Dr. Marshall believes through Jesus Christ all things are possible, and with His guidance, she will help those silenced, find their voice.

When it comes to grief, there is no expiration date. Nor does it look the same for everyone. Through grief counseling, you will develop healthy ways to navigate the various steps of grief, in a safe and supportive relationship with a counselor and/or group. Grief is not about forgetting, it is about moving forward and learning to live differently.
Client will be guided toward emotional healing and spiritual growth through self-discovery. It is not what you can change about yourself but allowing GOD to change you. You will understand through counseling, the focus is not on what you do, but learning why you do it, and make changes based on this knowledge.
I have been afforded the opportunity to work with women in a variety of my social circles. At least one woman shares with me they have been assaulted at some point in their lives, but never told anyone. They have learned to "deal" with it.
My experiences have taught me that women who “deal” with it are those who may experience intimacy issues, trust issues, or suffer from anxiety, and maybe depression.
You do not have to deal with it! You want to live your life freely. You want to be free from all that is holding you back from truly living in your purpose. You deserve it, and I can help you through my six-months coaching program.
This is a program designed to help you find ways to navigate the complexities of trauma, uncover the misconceptions of sexual assault, expose the barriers that block your blessings to emotional healing and restoration.
If you want to learn more about this program, please schedule an appointment here: https://ScheduledwithUnspokenCourage.as.me/ and we can discuss if this is a right fit for you.
In the meantime, I invite you to join my free Facebook community "Breaking Free to Be "The Support Group" where you can share a safe space with other survivors, advocates, and others who are committed to finding balance in their lives.
